Workshop 2015: Lithuania: tourist potential and new facilities

of Lithuanian Embassy in Belarus, is pleased to announce
one day Workshop «Lithuania: tourist potential and new facilities»
in Minsk on the 27th of January 2015.
According to the data given by the Lithuanian Tourism Department, Belarusian market is the number one market for Lithuania. The number of Belarusian tourists staying in Lithuanian overnight is 430 thousands. The number of one-day visits is 1,5 mln. Moreover, in 2014 the quantity of the visas issued has grown to 165 thousands as opposed to 125 thousands in 2013.
Therefore, the main purpose of the workshop is to bring together Lithuanian hotels, SPA, DMC companies, transportation companies and shopping centers, thus helping to establish and develop trustworthy business partnership with the representatives of the travel industry of Belarus.
The workshop would take place at the Renaissance Hotel Minsk on 27 January 2015, gathering 80 Belorussian travel agencies, media representatives from Belarus, and hotels, SPA, DMC companies, transportation companies and shopping centers from Vilnius, Klaipeda, Kaunas, Druskininkai, Palanga etc.
The event will consist of three parts:
• THE CONFERENCE, where all suppliers will present themselves to Belarusian travel agencies
• THE WORK SHOP, when the both sides would be able to communicate closer on business issues
• LITHUANIAN DINNER, where participants would continue on with more informal communication and try dishes of Lithuanian cuisine.
The cost of participation is 390 euro per a working place. The conference, the workshop, lunch break, coffee breaks and one person dinner invitation are included into the price.
